Sometimes the hardest part of staying healthy is the fact that we spend the majority of our waking hours during the week at work.
Many people do not have jobs where they can actually work out or exercise at work. It’s quite the contrary. Most people are spending an unhealthy amount of time sitting or in stationary positions. As I’ve shared in several blog posts over the years, sitting down for extended periods of time can lead to pain, injuries and actually shorten your life!
This leads to a tough situation. The majority of us have to work, but I am willing the bet the majority of us also want to be healthy. So how can you be more healthy at work?
